My
involvement in the Star Trek genre started when I was little more than a
toddler, and I have grown up with it ever since. The
question I am mostly asked, is why I like it? The main answer has to be that it
gives the world a future without all the fundamental differences that exist
within our different cultures, races, creeds, nationalities, and religions, ETC. A
future where all of mankind actually gets on together striving for a better
existence for themselves and helping others to achieve that same goal. I
started to collect memorabilia seriously some ten years ago and I have now had
to build my own Star Trek room. The
reason I have created this site is for all the collectors of Star Trek
memorabilia to obtain their favorite
pieces of memorabilia at cheaper than retail prices. Although I sometimes get
diverse items my main forte, are Artwork, Plates and
Pewter. With
my connections within the Star Trek world, which ranges from a number of actors
to dealers to show organizers,
I can get items at better than retail prices. I can also get those hard to find
items that have never really been available here in the UK. Please
look into my personal hall of Fame, my art Gallery, my plates picture palace or
my pewter emporium. My
intention is to try and obtain any of these items for any of you who need them;
as a one off gift to yourself, a present for a loved one or friend. Or just as I
still do myself, finish off that collection of limited items that keeps growing
without you knowing it. The
way I will try and do this is by keeping details of people’s requests on file.
When I receive the item requested, I will contact that person with the details
including my sales price. If they have been able to get the item elsewhere or no
longer require it, or just do not want it anymore there will be no obligation to
buy it. I hope you enjoy my pictures. Mark J Gibson |
